- - - - the wantedSometimes you just need that one character to complete a plot, and sometimes, no matter how hard you try you just cannot find anybody to take them up. Well this place can help; put up a post with the plot suggestion and maybe somebody would be interested to take them up. However please make sure that you post with plot ideas, spam posts asking for face claims are not welcome. |

- - - - central parkbeautiful and vast. one of the major new york city attractions. there's a fair amount of things to do at central park, whether it's take a stroll, visit the central park zoo, meet a lover in secret at night, or kill a guy who threatened to turn your 'family' into the police for illegal activity |

- - - - times squarea good place to meet up with friends, though the food, shopping, and services are all ridiculously overpriced, and fairly unoriginal here. you won't find shops that you can't find elsewhere, and it's certainly not as nice as say, london. times square is the nicest to see during the nighttime hours, and if you're lucky enough to be here on new year's eve, it's a site you'll never forget. |

- - - - empire state buildingpretty much serves a purpose for tourists that's along the lines of the cn tower in toronto, canada. you go up, you see nyc (if you've decided to visit on a cloud-free day) and you can eat or... get married apparently. or for all the assassins out there, keep a close watch on your target from a high up place! makes a brilliant addition to the new york city skyline. remember your binoculars though, and maybe some gravol cos it's pretty high |

- - - - the subwaynitty gritty, rat infested, underground.. the subway is the main mode of transport for most people living in new york city, along with buses and streetcars. rest assured though, the subway will take you anywhere you need to go. just so long as your train isn't hijacked. |

- - - - bellevue hospitalthis would be the place where those who can afford it get the very best health care as can be offered in new york city. the doctors, surgeons, residents, and med students all get hefty paycheques, which they should considering the quality of education and skill they have to offer. beware though, it's been rumoured that people's kidneys, lungs, and livers occasionally go missing during standard procedures. |

- - - - restaurantswhether it's mcdonalds, or a five michelin star restaurant, these places are where new york comes to eat. unless you're staying at a hotel and you order room service.. in that scenario, the kitchen downstairs would be the restaurant. anyway, stay away from the fast food joints, new york's rather... gritty. feel free to have an egg mcmuffin but don't say we didn't warn you! |

- - - - night lifeeverybody knows that new york is much nicer to look at by night, though considerably more dangerous. this is where nightclubs, pubs, late night cinemas, and the tonight show come into effect. and where you play them out., anyway the night scene in new york city is pretty great. dance it up with friends, get piss drunk, mug a guy in the back alley for breaking your daughter's heart. oh yes. the night life in new york is great. |

- - - - shoppingfrom high end boutiques to cheap bargain barns, this is new york, and new york is a major fashion and shopping port. find that perfect dress, a diamond ring to surprise your lover with, or that 60" flatscreen tv you were saving up for, cos new york city has got it all, just as long as you know exactly where to look. - - - - schoolingwe're not talking public schools here, we're talking private schools, $10,000- $30,000 per year, per child for tuition. naturally, the rich and super-rich of new york can afford these, and so the children of the rich and famous, ages three to eighteen, all attend. at these schools, uniforms are a must, and respect is demanded from your child, whether you're a de garzia, a vargas, or anyone else. - - - - upper east sidefor the most expensive real estates and the high class society people, look no further—this is where everyone all-powerful and or important live, eat, breathe and work. it sits between central park and east river, and even has its own museum. if you are looking to rent a place here, be prepared, because the cost of living isn’t just something you can get out of a hat. no, even a one-room apartment will cost you over two thousand dollars, and the houses are marked on a per-square foot. anyone whose anyone lives here, because money is no object to them. |

- - - - orange countythe suburbs outside of the city, quite a few fairly wealthy people reside here. this is where you find those white picket fence homes in the expensive gated neighbourhoods, with only a half hour to fourty five minute commute to the city. here you can breathe freely, and not have to worry about the same amount of smog, and crime, organized or other, as you have to worry about in the city.[/sub] |

- - - - brooklynslightly easier on the pockets than the upper east side, brooklyn offers not only decent housing, but a wide range of tourist attractions. the famous brooklyn bridge has been around for well over one hundred years, and still remains to this day the oldest suspension bridge in the us. its not a quiet place at all, and is actually very populated, and has its own share of cafes lining the streets, clothes stores and provides many opportunities to shop that don’t cost a lot. |

- - - - queensqueens is the largest borough out of five of new york city. here is where you can find one of the three major airports in the nyc area—the john f. kennedy. there are a lot of beautiful neighbourhoods, perfect to live, which, whilst the prices are not perfect, is still worth it. these places are not however a favourite for high-society people who like to show off with big houses, because row houses are particularly prominent in queens. many of the jazz geniuses used to live in queens, as many people live here from all walks of life. |

- - - - manhattanmanhattan seems to be home to a lot of industrial purposes, for example a large portion of commercial, financial and cultural are majors here. it is, however, one of the most densely populated areas in the world. aside from this, manhattan is a popular place of residence for many people who are higher up on the society ladder, certainly those with power thrown in, as the upper east side is homed here. the empire state building is also here, creating a large amount of tourists, not only for that but many other famous landmarks. |

- - - - the bronxthe bronx is the newest of the sixty-two counties of the new york state, and is located northeast of manhattan. this is possibly one of the least-expensive places to live in terms of housing estates, but offers up a wide range of both public and private schoolings, drawing people to live there. however, it has to be said that they do not have the best results in terms of graduation, driving home the impression gained from many that the bronx is possibly the easiest place to live for people who are not quite there on the society ladder. |

- - - - new jerseynew jersey is a highly populated area of native americans for almost three thousand years. technically thought of as five regions, new jersey has plenty of back history, and historical landmarks, and is a popular place for pageants. it is considered to have the best public education in the united states, bar a few problems in one or two inner city neighbourhoods. they have a variation in housing prices, and also home to a few famous casinos along the atlantic city boardwalk. |

- - - - the hamptonshere they form a popular seaside resort, along with being made up of a collection of villages and hamlets. there are a large number of european inhabitants, but the real estate prices are actually the highest in the nation. ‘the hamptons’ actually refers specifically to two separate towns—southhampton and easthampton. |

- - - - los angeleslos angeles translates as ‘the angels’ in spanish, so named because of the grand beauty when the city was founded. here is the place for anyone hoping to make it in the fame industry, be it singing, acting or dancing, a career kick-off in la is a sure way to get good recommendations. you also have excellent places to climb, or hike to get a brilliant view of the city’s landscape, as well as the hollywood sign which is perfect for those kodak moments. |

- - - - las vegasit is a sin to not know what this place is, or where it is in fact, but it is a well known fact that las vegas is the gambling capital of the world. aside from the strip, entertaining all genres of people, the casinos and the metropolitan area are definitely worth checking out. it may seem as though vegas only comes alive at night, but this is not the case—there are many places to visit during the day. but if gambling is definitely your cup of tea, then there is no better place. |
